Quick and Simple Meal

I really don’t have much time to make complicated recipes. I really like looking at recipes for 30 minute meals and what to do with leftovers. Here’s one of my favorites:

Fry frozen hash browns or fresh diced potatoes, with other frozen or fresh vegetables. Add in your choice of leftover meat. Season it with salt, pepper, and paprika, or other spices. Use olive oil or your other favorite oil for frying. If you can not find hash brown packages at your grocery store without vegetable oil in it, try Whole Foods Market. It has hash browns without oil in it.
