Vegan Pumpkin Bread

1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup white flour
1 1/4 cup wheat flour
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (or cloves)
1/2 tsp. allspice

Mix all ingredients. Bake in loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
