Ice Cream Bread

Here’s a fun recipe that I have just found being passed around on Facebook.

Put two cups of ice cream (any flavour) into a mixing bowl. Add one and a half cups of self raising flour and mix until all the flour is moistened.

Place the mixture into a greased bread tin, and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 180C (roughly 50 min. at 350F).
